Die Firma Bugnard hat seit vielen Jahren Victorinox Alox Messer im Angebot.
Früher mit Old Cross Schalen mit Werbeschild, danach mit den “neuen” Alox Schalen mit Werbeschild auf der Rückseite.
Bisher war die Farbe der Aloxschalen Gold. Seit 2020 gibt es alle Modelle nur noch in blau.
Das aktuelle blaue Set beinhaltet 6 Modelle.
Solo, Pruner, Apprentice, Woodsman, Rancher und Harvester.

Bugnard has been offering Victorinox Alox knives for many years.
Formerly with Old Cross scales with advertising sign, then with the “new” Alox scales with advertising on the back.
Until now, the color of the alox scales was gold.  Since 2020 all models are available in blue only.
The current blue set contains 6 models.
Solo, Pruner, Apprentice, Woodsman, Rancher and Harvester.

SwissCarp bicolor Alox

Ende 2015 erschien ein bicolor Alox-Set bestehend aus einem Harvester in petrolblau-grau und einem Bantam in den vertauschten Farben. Die Auflage beträgt 100 Stück. Die Messer sind nicht nummeriert und haben einen Aufdruck auf der Rückseite Swisscarp.

In 2015 Victorinox released a bicolor Aloxset of 100 pieces. It consists of a Harvester in petrolblue-gray and a Bantam with exchanged colors. The backside engraving panel shows a two color print Swisscarp.

SwissCarp Alox

Mitte 2016 erschien ein weiteres bicolor Alox-Set mit dem Aufdruck Swisscarp. Auch hier wurden 100 Stück hergestellt. Das Set besteht aus einem Elektriker in grün-braun und einem Pruner in den gewechselten Farben. Auf der Klinge ist eine Ätzung mit einem Karpfen zu sehen. Die Messer sind auf der Klingenrückseite nummeriert nn/100. Die Gravur stammt nicht von Victorinox.
Dieses sind vermutlich die letzten Bicolor Alox Messer. Denn danach hat Victorinox entschieden, dass sie künftig keine bicolor Alox Aufträge mehr annehmen werden. Vielleicht produziert Victorinox irgendwann selber mal eine zweifarbige Limited Edition. Wir sind gespannt!

Mid 2016 another bicolor Aloxset with Swisscarp print was produced. This time it consists of an Electrician in green-brown and a Pruner in exchanged colors. The blade shows an etched carp. The knives are numbered on blade’s backside nn/100. But this engraving was not made by Victorinox.
This was probably the last bicolor Alox. Victorinox decided to stop the production of bicolor Alox as well as special color Alox, except for their own yearly Limited Editions and collaborations with other companies. Let’s see what will come!

Black Harvester and Bantam k-n-t

Im Juni 2016 hat Victorinox ein Alox Harvester und ein Bantam in einer limitierten Auflage von je 100 Stück hergestellt. Die Aloxschalen sind schwarz.
Auf dem Gravurfeld ist ein Aufdruck in silber k-n-t.ch.

Es ist ein Werbemesser-Set hergestellt für knives-n-tools.ch .

 

In June 2016 Victorinox produced an Alox Harvester and a Bantam with black scales. Only 100 pieces per model were manufactured.
The engraving panel shows a print in silver k-n-t.ch.

It’s an advertising knife set made for knives-n-tools.ch.

Alox series made for China SAK guys

Between about 2009 and 2015 a Chinese SAK forum ordered a few Alox special run from Victorinox.
There are some info gaps in my list below. So if you have any info about these please let me know. Pictures are from the ones I own.

The red Harvester is numbered. But it seems the engraver was drunk. The number on my knife is 001/072 but it is supposed to be 072/100.

The orange Harvester has a different shade of orange. It’s darker than the Naranja orange and the standard orange from Solo.

Davy’s Gray Alox

In May 2014 Victorinox produced a few Alox models in a blue-gray color. These knives were ordered by a US dealer (*) and he named the color Davy’s gray. The color is similar to the gunmetal blue from a cadet made a few years ago.

On the pictures below you can compare Davy’s gray with two other gray colors. The first two images show a gunmetal blue Cadet and Davy’s gray Micro Farmer. The next two images show the specialrun Pioneer 2223 from 2013 and Davy’s gray Soldier (Pioneer).
