Als Damastmesser 2020 hat Victorinox das Alox Hunter Pro gewählt.
Die Aloxschalen sind Kupferbraun eloxiert.
Die Klinge besteht aus 125 lagigem Balbach-Damast mit Pyramidenmuster.
Im Gegensatz zu den normalen Alox Hunter Pro Ausgaben, besitzt die Damastversion keinen Clip und auch keine Lanyardöse.
Die Auflagezahl ist wiederum 6’000 Stück und jedes Messer ist nummeriert.

This year’s Damascus Edition is based on the Alox Hunter Pro model.
The Alox scales are anodized copper brown.
The Damascus blade is made of 125 layers featuring a pyramidal pattern. The Damascus steel is made by Balbach in Germany.
In contrast to the normal Alox Hunter Pro editions, the damascus version has no clip and no lanyard eyelet.
Only 6’000 pieces were produced by Victorinox.

Auch 2020 hat Victorinox eine Alox Serie bestehend aus Pioneer, Cadet und Classic als limitierte Edition produziert. Es ist dies die 6. Serie dieser Art.
Die Farbe ist aquablau und auf dem Gravurfeld ist die Jahreszahl 2020 aufgedruckt.

Die Ausgabe ist wiederum auf ein Jahr, jedoch nicht auf eine bestimmte Anzahl begrenzt.

In 2020 Victorinox has again produced an Alox series consisting of Pioneer, Cadet and Classic as a limited edition. It’s the 6th edition.
The color is aqua blue and the engraving field shows the year 2020.

The output is again limited to one year, but not to a certain number.

2019 hat Victorinox mehrere Messer mit Holzschalen heraus gegeben. Hier stelle ich 3 davon kurz vor.

Spartan mit Holzschalen und einem Edelweiss aus echtem Silber auf der Frontschale. (2018)
Climber Special Edition 2019 mit gelaserten Schneeflocken.
Evo Wood 10 Swiss Spirit Special Edition 2019 mit gelaserten Blumen und Symbolen.

Das Spartan mit Edelweiss ist eine Sonderanfertigung für einen schweizer Messerhändler und erschien bereits 2018.

Das Climber Wood Special Edition 2019 ist die Weihnachtsausgabe unter dem Motto “All you wish for …”
Die schönen Nussbaumholzschalen tragen Schneeflocken als Lasergravuren.
Es ist eine limitierte Ausgabe. Die Anzahl ist mir nich bekannt.

Das Evolution Wood 10 Swiss Spirit Special Edition 2019 trägt ebenfalls Nussbaumholzschalen. Diese sind mit Blumen und Symbolen versehen, welche die Kultur und Traditionen der Schweiz repräsentieren sollen.
Es ist auf 5’000 Stück limitiert.

In 2019 Victorinox released several knives with wooden scales. Here I briefly present 3 of them.

The Spartan with Edelweiss is a special order for a Swiss knife dealer and was produced in 2018.

The Climber Wood Special Edition 2019 is the Christmas edition with the motto “All you wish for …”
The beautiful walnut wood scales feature snowflakes as laser engravings. It is a limited edition. I don’t know the number.

The Evolution Wood 10 Swiss Spirit Special Edition 2019 also carries walnut scales. These are decorated with flowers and symbols that represent the culture and traditions of Switzerland and are limited to 5,000 pieces.

Die neuen Lasergravuren auf den schwarzen Pioneers von knives-n-tools.ch zeigen Schneeflocken und Sterne.
Mit den Schneeflocken wird die Schneeflocken Serie von 2018 und 2019 weitergeführt.
Auf der Rückseite ist das Jahr 2020 diesesmal nicht auf dem Gravurfeld, sondern gross davor angebracht.

Beim Sterne-Modell bleibt das Gravurfeld leer.

Die schwarzen Pioniere wurden von Victorinox im Auftrag von knives-n-tools.ch hergestellt und tragen auf der Klingenrückseite die Internetadresse k-n-t.ch.
Die weissen Lasergravuren wurden nicht von Victorinox angebracht, sondern von k-n-t.ch.

The new laser engravings on the black pioneers from knives-n-tools.ch show snowflakes and stars.
With the snowflakes, the snowflake series from 2018 and 2019 will be continued.
This time the year 2020 on the backside is not engraved on the engraving field, but rather in front of it.

The engraving field remains empty for the star model.

The black pioneers were produced by Victorinox on behalf of knives-n-tools.ch and carry on the back of the blade the internet address k-n-t.ch.
The white laser engravings were not made by Victorinox, but by knt.ch.
