This knife was originally a Soldier model 2008 from 2013 with the regular green-black dual density scales. Now it’s still a Soldier model 2008 from 2013 but with black G10 scales and with a clip.
The G10 scales are very nice and very well made. They are mounted like the original scales without glue. The clip is attached to the frontscale with two tiny torx screws. G10 is rough and gives a good grip.
I bought this conversion kit consisting of scales and clip from a knife and tools supplier.
Any more info on that conversion kit?? I know it’s been a few years, but I’d love a set for my GAK!

This conversion kit is no longer available. But a similar with a finer G10 texture and carbon.
